Holiday Haul Box, aka HHB is a subscription box service designed especially for the holidays - we do one thing and we do it well! When you subscribe to HHB you will receive each holiday, you do not need to re-subscribe for each box, it will automatically bill and ship to you as long as you remain a subscriber. You will also never be without your Haul, even when it has sold out - which happens with almost every box!
Great question! The HOWL box is a holiday themed box for your best friend(s)! Your friend loves the holidays too and will be ready to celebrate with you when they receive the HOWL box! Treats, toys and wearable gear is included in each box and of course, all holiday themed! Don't forget your best friend this holiday season - get ready with a HOWL box!
Your haul will include at least 6 products ranging from festive pillows or pillow covers and table linens to serving pieces and decor pieces. Also be on the lookout for garlands, buntings, and ornaments - oh my! We also are quite fond of high-end paper products, ribbons, candles, yummy treats & much more! So as you can see, the variety will keep you guessing and surprise you each and every haul! Boxes may vary depending on item availability.

Oh no!! We hope this doesn't happen but, if it unfortunately does please reach out to us as soon as possible at customerservice@holidayhaulbox.com and we will do our best to replace it with the same item, a comparable product or provide a partial refund if a product is not available. You will be asked to provide a picture of the damage. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, once the box leaves our warehouse and you are provided with a tracking number - HHB does not have any control over the shipping process. In the rare event that a box is lost, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please be sure your address in your account portal is correct - we cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses and miss-mailed boxes. If your box shows "delivered" by the postal service tracking, please contact your local post office for assistance finding the box, we are unable to provide any additional information beyond the tracking info. If the box is not delivered, we will work with you to make the situation right!
Starting January 2023 - if the box was shipped to an incorrectly entered address or the subscriber moved and did not up date thier address, there will be a $15 re-shipping fee (re-shipped boxes are subject to availability). Addresses can be updated in your portal or you may email customerservice@holidayhaulbox.com and we will be happy to update the address for you.

Please email us at customerservice@holidayhaulbox.com and let us know which holiday you would like to skip and we will arrange it! *Skipping can only be inititated after two holidays have been shipped and it is limited to one holiday per year. All skip requests MUST be made prior to the box biling.

We can't imagnine that anyone would want to return their Haul! But, because each item is seasonal, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. Pro-tip: items that are not useable at your house - make perfect hostess & teacher gifts!
We want everyone to make their homes pretty for the holidays and have tried to make it as affordable as possible! HHB offers two subscription payment options - an up-front payment OR you can subscribe and be billed per holiday. We also accept all credit cards. Everyone deserves a Holiday Haul Box and we make it easy!
If you sign-up with an annual subscription, your subscription will auto-renew on the anniversary of the first holiday you signed up for. If you decide to subscribe per holiday, you will automatically be charged on the 10th-20th of each month a holiday ships (see the graph above). Each year the themes and products will be different - we look forward to sharing what's ahead with you!!
Wait!! Don't go! Please email us so we can fix any issues, we want to help and keep you as a customer if we can. We are also happy to PAUSE your subscription so you remain in-line for upcoming boxes and at tthe current price, just email for more information.
You must cancel both the annual or monthly subscription from auto-renewing by using your customer portal, emails to cancel will NOT be honored as they are not always seen or delivered properly.
Annual subscriptions are prepaid orders for 7 boxes, and are nonrefundable as this product has already been purchased for you. When you purchased the annual subscription, you may have also received an initial discount of 10% off each box for agreeing to get all seven boxes.
If you are being billed per box, your subscription will be canceled for any boxes that have not billed, if you cancel after the box has renewed, your cancelation will go into effect after the current box has shipped - we apologize for any inconvience.
Winners will be chosen at random using a contest winner picking app and notified by email or FB/IG messenger - good luck!!
